THE BELNORD

Workspace11 partnered with Robert A. M. Stern Architects and Page Cowley Architects to restore and fabricate key historical elements for the grand courtyard of The Belnord, one of New York’s iconic residential landmarks.

The team produced a series of custom canopies with cast-iron detailing, standing-seam copper roofs, integrated drainage systems, and replacement glasswork. Workspace11 also fabricated and installed fifteen custom exterior bronze doors, each finished with hand-applied patina work to complement the building’s Beaux-Arts character.
